4PL Customer Experience Agent

About the role

The 4PL Customer Experience Agent will act as the primary liaison between Maersk, its customers, and logistics partners in Ho Chi Minh City. You will ensure smooth order processing, accurate bookings, and timely container delivery while supporting pricing and invoicing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain overall demand forecasts for customer shipments.
• Book cargo with nominated carriers, verify confirmations, and share details with customers and trucking agents.
• Price spot‑buy transactions when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and brokers to guarantee on‑time container pick‑up and delivery.
• Generate commercial invoices in SAP for customs declarations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations; fresh graduates are also considered.
• Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and ability to drive issues to resolution.
