Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and driving new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure that sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers based on provided data, conducting negotiations and signing contracts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and achieve performance targets.
• Analyze key performance indicators, advise senior management on action plans, and report progress.
• Resolve issues that arise during contract negotiations and project implementation.
• Establish and maintain long‑term, sustainable relationships with clients.
• Provide support to customers throughout project execution to ensure desired outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports on activities and progress for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• University graduate in economics, business administration or related fields.
• Experience in the hotel or tourism industry is a plus.
• Active, confident, tactful with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Hard‑working, adaptable, able to handle high pressure and workload.
• Responsible and willing to commit to a long‑term role.
