Accountant

About the role

The company is seeking an Accountant to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all payments. The role involves verifying vendor payments, matching invoices with purchase orders, and complying with company policies. The successful candidate will support the finance team in maintaining proper financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, goods receiving notes, and approved quotations.
• Ensure payments are made only to legitimate vendors and follow company procedures.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support month‑end closing activities.
• Monitor compliance with tax regulations and corporate finance policies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and liaising with internal departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, finance processes, and tax law.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity and attention to detail.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
