About the role
The company is looking for a diligent Accountant to handle accounting tasks and bookkeeping in compliance with Vietnamese regulations and group policies. The role will be based in the Ho Chi Minh City office and involves close collaboration with the sales team and finance department.
Key responsibilities
- Issue VAT invoices through the SAP system and manage related operations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on accounts receivable.
- Maintain and reconcile AR records in the accounting system.
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with Vietnam laws, group policies, and internal guidelines.
- Prepare regular financial reports and support month‑end closing activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory).
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good understanding of accounting procedures and standards.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
