Accounting Intern (HcP)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Accounting Intern to join our finance team at Bosch Group’s Dong Nai location. The internship provides hands‑on experience with daily accounting operations and exposure to statutory reporting and audit support.

Key responsibilities

• Check and process documents for weekly payments.
• Ensure accounting documents are signed, stamped and properly archived.
• Assist in preparing statutory reports such as SBV, statistical and Ministry of Planning and Investment reports.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Gather data and documents for internal and external audits, tax inspections and customs audits.
• Create requests for output invoices, asset liquidity, other income and insurance premium refunds.
• Help end‑users with accounting processes including tax invoice handling, vendor creation, fixed assets and stock‑taking.
• Assist the supervisor with ad‑hoc financial topics, projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Full‑time university student majoring in Accounting or Finance.
• Letter of recommendation from university.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage tasks independently.

Required skills

• MS Office suite.
• Accounting software – SAP.
