Accounting Lead - Transaction Monitoring & Control

About the role

Moonbase is a fast‑growing digital‑asset trading platform serving the Vietnamese market. The Accounting Lead will head transaction monitoring and control activities, ensuring the integrity of all financial flows across the exchange. You will work closely with product, engineering and compliance teams to maintain robust accounting processes in a high‑velocity crypto environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee transaction monitoring procedures for all crypto and fiat movements.
• Perform daily reconciliation of trading, payment and settlement data.
• Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalations and control breaches.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and cash‑flow statements for senior management.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to align monitoring with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Banking, Economics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting control, transaction supervision, reconciliation or credit/payment operations within a bank, e‑wallet, fintech, payment intermediary or exchange.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
