About the role
The Accounting Officer (AR) will support Panasonic Vietnam’s finance team by managing the full accounts‑receivable cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and proper reconciliation of payments.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, verify and issue invoices for sales and services.
- Collect project expenses, reconcile them and issue debit notes as needed.
- Contact clients to follow up on outstanding invoices and secure timely payments.
- Reconcile the accounts‑receivable ledger to guarantee all payments are correctly posted.
- Record payment receipts in the ERP system.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Familiarity with SAP (preferred) and strong MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations and accounting principles.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
