ADAS Software Architect

About the role

The ADAS Software Architect will lead the definition and design of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) software products for Bosch’s EDA department in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, safety‑critical software architecture that meets OEM and regional expectations while supporting global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define project architecture for mainstream ADAS products.
• Support customer project teams by providing optimal software architecture solutions.
• Understand regional and OEM requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in design decisions and act as a key stakeholder on the change control board.
• Mentor and guide teams on software architectural best practices and enforce related processes.
• Evaluate risks, estimate changes, propose alternatives, and collaborate closely with development teams.
• Maintain high‑quality architecture artifacts, track compliance, and represent ASPICE evaluations.
• Participate in key reviews, offering suggestions and solutions across software development aspects.
• Manage technical complexities and drive best‑practice adoption with various stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software architecture for automotive or ADAS domains.
• Strong understanding of safety‑critical standards such as ASPICE.
• Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical and risk‑assessment skills.
• Effective communication with global customers and internal stakeholders.
