AI Agent Building Intern

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support the creation of AI agents that assist engineering teams at Bosch R&D. You will work with cutting‑edge generative AI tools, integrate data sources and help automate document analysis and problem‑solving processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python and the LangChain framework.
• Design prompts, integrate tools, manage memory and orchestrate agent workflows.
• Build data ingestion pipelines that connect to SharePoint, databases and APIs for intelligent retrieval and summarisation.
• Support engineering use cases such as test‑report summarisation and 8‑D problem‑solving.
• Integrate AI capabilities into Microsoft Azure, Power Platform and DevOps environments.
• Test, evaluate and document agent performance (accuracy, latency, completeness).
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers and data experts to continuously improve the solutions.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML or a related field.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML, NLP or chatbot development (academic projects acceptable).
• Proactive, eager to learn new technologies and able to work independently.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
