AI Engineer Intern – Build Enterprise AI Systems

About the role

Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization as an AI Engineer Intern. You will contribute to building AI‑native workflow platforms that serve over 500,000 users worldwide, focusing on practical AI systems, enterprise workflows, and AI‑assisted software generation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of Generative AI and agentic AI components.
• Validate AI‑generated workflows, business logic, UI behavior and integrations, analysing edge cases and output accuracy.
• Design and execute validation strategies to enhance reliability and quality of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA and domain experts to understand real business workflows and compare AI‑generated solutions with legacy implementations.
• Assist with prompt engineering, system tuning and AI‑assisted development activities.
• Contribute to automation, testing, monitoring and optimisation initiatives across the platform.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a similar field.
• Strong motivation for AI engineering, software engineering and solving real‑world problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment.

Required skills

• Interest in Generative AI and agentic AI concepts.
• Familiarity with low‑code/no‑code development approaches and prompt engineering.
