AI/Agent Engineer – Production AI Systems

About the role

We are building the next generation of production AI agent systems that can reason, plan, use tools, delegate to sub‑agents and deliver real business outcomes. As a senior AI/Agent Engineer you will work at the frontier of large language models and multimodal AI, turning deep research knowledge into reliable, scalable production solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic architectures with planning, memory, tool use, multi‑agent delegation and safety guardrails.
• Translate model capabilities into production pipelines: prompt and context strategies, retrieval, reranking, structured output, streaming for text, vision, document and audio inputs.
• Own the evaluation framework: build offline test sets, online LLM‑as‑judge loops and regression harnesses.
• Optimize system performance through prompt caching, batching, speculative decoding, model routing and token‑budget management to meet latency targets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level engineer with deep expertise in modern machine learning, especially transformers and agent‑based systems.
• Strong understanding of attention mechanisms, autoregressive decoding failure modes, and cost/latency trade‑offs.
• Ability to design robust, production‑ready AI services that scale under load.
