Analytics & Insights Manager

About the role

The Analytics & Insights Manager will lead data‑driven initiatives for United Overseas Bank Vietnam, turning complex data sets into actionable business insights. This role sits at the intersection of technology and finance, supporting strategic decisions across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain analytical models and dashboards that support banking operations and strategy.
• Collaborate with business units to identify data‑related opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee data‑engineering pipelines, ensuring data quality, reliability and scalability.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, business‑focused language.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analytics and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in technology or data‑analytics roles, with at least 2‑3 years applying advanced analytical models or tools (e.g., machine learning, data‑lake) in a banking environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
