AP Accountant

About the role

The AP Accountant will join Navigos Group’s finance team to manage the end‑to‑end accounts‑payable process. You will ensure timely and accurate payments, tax filings and month‑end reconciliations while supporting the overall financial health of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full payment cycle, from document collection to processing through e‑payment applications, Citibank and the company’s accounting software.
• Prepare monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) and Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) returns.
• Calculate, post and reconcile trial‑balance/GL entries for WHT, other personal income tax (PIT) and VAT input statements.
• Support the monthly accrual process, including booking and reconciliation of accruals.
• Maintain accuracy for specific breakdown accounts (e.g., 1331, 13887, 3311, 3312, 338822, 33358).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
• High level of carefulness, patience and attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative team mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Experience using e‑payment applications.
