About the role

Join Gentherm Vietnam as an APQP & ME Engineer, supporting new product introductions and process transfers. You will be responsible for applying Gentherm’s APQP methodology to launch and improve manufacturing processes for automotive thermal management products.

Key responsibilities

Develop and launch new or transferred projects following Gentherm APQP procedures.
Own technical documentation for existing processes, including process parameters, work instructions, and flow charts.
Drive continuous improvement for both new and existing processes from start‑up to end‑of‑life.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability.

Required profile

University degree (or equivalent) in a technical field.
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to read, understand and create 2‑D CAD drawings for process documentation.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
