AR Executive

About the role

The AR Executive will manage the full cycle of accounts receivable activities for a leading supplier of food ingredients, industrial chemicals and pharmaceutical ingredients. You will act as the primary contact for customer debt management and collaborate closely with sales, finance and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve sales orders in the ERP system.
• Allocate payments, perform collections and reconcile customer accounts.
• Calculate sales incentives and ensure accurate posting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and support credit decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of outstanding receivables and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
• Experience in wholesale/distribution, preferably in food ingredients, industrial chemicals or pharmaceutical ingredients.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
