Area Sales Manager - North

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our North region in Vietnam. The role involves driving sales growth, building relationships with foodservice, bakery and food manufacturers, and ensuring the achievement of company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Create and implement a territory sales plan that supports annual brand objectives.
• Provide strategic direction to the sales team across the assigned territories.
• Identify market opportunities and expand the customer base in the foodservice, bakery and food manufacturing sectors.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast results and adjust tactics to meet targets.
• Lead, coach and manage a sales team to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably with foodservice, bakery or food manufacturers.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
