Assistant Demand Planning Manager

About the role
The Assistant Demand Planning Manager will support the demand planning function for a leading dairy producer in Vietnam. Working closely with sales, marketing, distribution and product innovation teams, you will help translate commercial targets into accurate, rolling forecasts for multiple product lines and channels.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather demand drivers and market insights.
- Build, review and update monthly rolling forecasts, incorporating internal plans and external events.
- Analyze forecast performance, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Support senior demand planners in managing the forecasting process and reporting results to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or finance.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, with at least 2 years leading a planning team.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large data sets.
Required skills
- SAP IBP (or similar supply‑chain planning software).
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Word.
