Assistant Manager – Tax, Advisory & Outsourcing (Chinese Speaking)

About the role
We are seeking a talented tax and accounting professional fluent in Chinese to join Crowe Vietnam’s advisory team in Hanoi. The position offers a clear path to senior leadership within our Tax, Advisory & Outsourcing Services practice.
Key responsibilities
- Review accounting records, supporting documents and bookkeeping prepared by team members.
- Validate and finalize client deliverables related to tax compliance, advisory and outsourcing projects.
- Provide guidance on Vietnamese tax, accounting and regulatory requirements for foreign direct investment (FDI) clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Tax or a related field.
- Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant experience for senior‑consultant candidates or 8‑10+ years for assistant‑manager level.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax, accounting and compliance regulations.
- Experience serving FDI and Chinese‑speaking clients is highly preferred.
- Working proficiency in Chinese (equivalent to HSK level).
