Associate Project Manager (Transformers)

About the role

The Associate Project Manager will drive successful delivery of transformer projects from order entry through commissioning, ensuring both customer and factory satisfaction. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, controlling costs and mitigating risks while fostering repeatable business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformer projects across all phases, from planning and design to installation and commissioning.
• Maintain cost control, monitor budgets and manage project risks.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Identify and close contractual and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, International Business Management or Industrial Management (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering projects, preferably in the power or transformer sector.
• Hands‑on experience in project management within the power industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with customers and partners.
