Associate - Service Accounting Team

About the role

Dezan Shira & Associates Vietnam is looking for an Associate to join its Service Accounting Team. The role will support the firm’s accounting and finance advisory services for a portfolio of manufacturing clients, with a focus on tax compliance and ERP implementation. The associate will work closely with senior team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accounting and tax advisory services to manufacturing clients.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP systems during client projects.
• Prepare and review financial statements and tax filings.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver value‑added financial solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or tax, preferably in a consulting or accounting firm.
• Experience working with manufacturing companies.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, auditing, or finance.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP software such as D365, Kingdee, Yongyou, Odoo, or Oracle.
• ERP implementation experience.
