Automation & Technical Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Automation & Technical Manager to lead equipment automation and systematic workforce management across our production facilities. The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of PLC and control systems with hands‑on leadership of on‑site operations to maximise efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise equipment automation within production processes, focusing on PLC control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation‑related issues on the shop floor.
• Manage production floor activities, including manpower planning and production scheduling.
• Oversee production data management using tools such as Excel and MES.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control, Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience in production floor management and equipment automation.
• Strong technical understanding of production equipment and control logic.

Required skills

• PLC programming and control logic.
• MES (Manufacturing Execution System) usage.
• Automation Control Engineering.
• Advanced Excel for data handling.
