About the role

The role focuses on expanding Suzuki's automobile fleet and corporate sales in the North region of Vietnam. You will drive additional sales growth beyond traditional dealer retail, while supporting dealers in identifying and developing fleet opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategy to increase fleet and corporate sales in the North region.
Build and maintain a target customer list for fleet and corporate accounts.
Support dealers in identifying fleet opportunities and ensure a clear dealer working model.
Track sales pipeline and produce regular reports using MS Office tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to align dealer activities with corporate sales objectives.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in B2B fleet or corporate sales and dealer operations.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the North region.
