B2C Sales Supervisor

About the role

The B2C Sales Supervisor will lead the company’s consumer‑focused sales activities, ensuring that distributors and direct sales representatives meet business plan targets, drive sales growth and increase market presence within the assigned territory. This role combines sales operations, distributor management and territory development to maximise the sell‑out of lubricant products to end‑customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive distributors and DSRs to achieve business plan targets and sales growth.
• Expand market presence through effective sales operations and territory development.
• Manage distributor relationships and ensure optimal sell‑out in B2C channels.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote lubricant products to end‑customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar sales supervisory role; experience in lubricants or automotive is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency with sales tools and technology, including SFA.
