BIM Modeler

About the role

Aurecon is looking for a BIM Modeler to join its digital delivery team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work on complex engineering projects, supporting the creation and maintenance of high‑quality Revit models and related digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit families and templates in line with global standards.
• Create technical guidance notes, quick‑start videos and provide support to global digital delivery teams.
• Conduct audits of BIM standards, monitor drawing outputs and identify automation opportunities.
• Perform gap analysis, correct anomalies and document standardized building services or structural systems.
• Participate in internal Global Service Line meetings, Revit Working Group sessions and deliver training seminars.
• Review market tools, recommend improvements and maintain an enterprise Revit family browser.

Required profile

• 5+ years of elite Revit experience, including Navisworks and BIM360.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Dynamo; Python is a plus.
• Proven ability to apply Revit to architecture, structural or building‑services engineering projects.
• Strong initiative, problem‑solving skills and clear communication.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
