Brand Manager

About the role

OnPoint is the exclusive master distributor for a portfolio of beauty brands on Shopee, TikTok and Lazada in Vietnam. As Brand Manager you will own full P&L responsibility for the assigned brands, acting as the commercial operator across all e‑commerce platforms. Your main goal is to drive sell‑through, increase GMV and strengthen brand health.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end P&L for assigned beauty brands.
• Develop and execute marketing and trade plans to boost sell‑through and GMV.
• Negotiate trade terms, pricing and inventory decisions based on sell‑through data.
• Coordinate with distributors and principals to ensure alignment and optimal execution.
• Utilise Shopee, TikTok and Lazada seller tools, advertising platforms and livestream commerce to maximise brand exposure.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve brand health.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing or category management, preferably in beauty, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and make data‑driven commercial decisions.
• Experience working with or managing distributor/principal relationships is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok and Lazada seller platforms and their advertising tools.
