Business Development Executive – Logistics Technology

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing logistics technology team in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will work closely with international clients, identify new business opportunities and help drive the company’s expansion in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate and maintain contracts with international clients.
• Develop and manage new business pipelines across the logistics and freight forwarding market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to support growth strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and build lasting relationships with partners.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or international trade, with a strong sales orientation.
• Proven ability to hunt new accounts and close deals.
• Good understanding of international shipping, freight forwarding operations and import/export procedures.
• Fluency in English; Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
