Business Planning & Performance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Planning & Performance Manager to lead our annual and quarterly planning cycles, scenario analysis and performance management across the organization. The role will ensure alignment between budget, workforce, capacity and backlog while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Run the annual and quarterly planning process, including scenario modelling and reconciliation of plan, budget, workforce, capacity and backlog.
• Operate the Management Operating System and strategy/governance process, coordinating analysis packs while keeping accountability clear.
• Launch and brief owners on planning cycles, enforce assumptions and submission standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional analysis to support strategic and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA preferred, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in Strategy, Planning, FP&A or Performance Management.
• Experience in multi‑business unit or e‑commerce planning environments is a plus.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to conduct scenario and decision analysis.
