Category Manager - Lighting Solutions

About the role

The Category Manager – Lighting Solutions will lead the development and management of the lighting category across multiple trade channels. This role combines market intelligence, product portfolio oversight, and commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Lighting Solutions category across trade channels.
• Conduct market intelligence and translate insights into product and channel strategies.
• Oversee product portfolio management and new product development (NPD) launches.
• Define channel strategy, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Monitor commercial performance to maximize sales, profitability and market competitiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Lighting Technology or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, Trade Marketing, Business Development or a similar commercial function.
• Experience in lighting, electrical, furniture, interior solutions, building materials or related industries is a plus.
• Proven track record in new product development and product commercialization.
