Channel Operations & Capability Manager

About the role

The Channel Operations & Capability Manager will lead the development and execution of sales capability programs for Samsung Vina Electronics' field sales teams. This role focuses on identifying training gaps, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing tools that elevate sales effectiveness across the channel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs and design modules, tools, and activities to improve professional sales approaches.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales KPIs and dashboards to pinpoint improvement areas.
• Collaborate with sales teams to implement performance assessment tools and capability programs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales personnel and managers.
• Support territory management by aligning data solutions with sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong ability to interpret sales data, dashboards, and pipelines for trend analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
