About the role

The Chief Representative Officer will lead MBBank's representative office in Singapore, acting as the primary liaison between the bank and local stakeholders. This senior position is responsible for enhancing the bank's corporate image, building strategic partnerships, and supporting market entry initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Represent MBBank in Singapore, promoting the brand and maintaining a strong corporate presence.
• Engage with partners, clients, government agencies, and trade bodies to foster relationships and drive business opportunities.
• Lead market intelligence and research activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with MBBank’s objectives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the representative office, including compliance and reporting.
• Participate in trade promotion, investment promotion events, and external relations activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, banking or economics, with proven management experience.
• Fluent English with TOEIC score ≥ 700 or equivalent qualification.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership development capabilities.
