Client Account & Operations Manager (Merchandise)

About the role

The Client Account & Operations Manager (Merchandise) will lead the Sales Support team to ensure operational excellence and deliver top‑class service to our apparel clients. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will coordinate order processing, production planning and client communication to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end order management, from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Optimize workflows and production coordination across merchandising and supply‑chain functions.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Sales Support team, setting performance targets and monitoring results.
• Maintain strong client relationships, addressing issues promptly and identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Collaborate with internal departments (design, sourcing, logistics) to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in client account management, operations or related roles.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory or team‑lead position.
• Background in merchandise, apparel or supply‑chain environments is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and meet service level agreements.
