Client Manager

About the role

Chicilon Media is looking for a proactive Client Manager to join its Business Development team. You will work from our Ho Chi Minh City office (with occasional coordination with the Hanoi office) and report to the Client Director. The role focuses on acquiring new advertising clients and growing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with advertising and media clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal creative and media teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or media/advertising.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue achievement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong business mindset, creativity and the ability to work independently.
