Client Relationship Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Client Relationship Executive to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this position you will support and manage client relationships, ensuring consistent service excellence and high client satisfaction. You will work closely with the CEO and the Head of Client Service to drive client success.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing B2B clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services.
• Monitor client satisfaction metrics and proactively address concerns.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to enhance revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a client‑facing role, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
• Experience handling international clients or multicultural teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
