Compensation & Benefits Expert

About the role

The Compensation & Benefits Expert will lead the design, implementation and administration of salary structures, social insurance, and personal income tax processes. This role ensures full compliance with Vietnamese labor legislation and government policies while improving overall HR efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control salary administration, payroll processing, and related tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, personal income tax law, and social insurance regulations.
• Participate in planning and implementing the annual salary budget and compensation strategy.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities on labor‑related matters.
• Maintain and optimize HR‑ERP systems for compensation and benefits data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or payroll management.
• Proven experience with ERP systems; experience in real‑estate sector is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
