Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and data‑driven Content Creator to lead our social media presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. You will work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into engaging video and livestream content that drives brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and schedule monthly content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, ensuring alignment with product launches and business goals.
• Write detailed content briefs that define hook, core message, format, call‑to‑action and measurable KPIs for video, social posts and creator collaborations.
• Monitor platform trends, conduct competitor analysis and translate consumer insights into fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and external creators to bring concepts to life while maintaining brand consistency.
• Measure content performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates and optimize future output.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in content planning, content strategy or social media marketing.
• Background in FMCG, beauty, skincare or direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with a minimum of two platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or creator‑driven channels).
• Proven ability to write clear briefs for video production and creative assets.
