Corporate Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Corporate Customer Service Officer will serve corporate clients of Shinhan Bank Vietnam, handling daily banking transactions and delivering high‑quality service. This role combines front‑office operations with proactive client engagement to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Process a wide range of transactions including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, remittances, card and loan payments, and account opening/closing.
• Identify client needs, promote new products and services, and generate referral opportunities.
• Record, track, and report transactional data and special client requests accurately.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with banking regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; Korean language ability is a plus.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Excellent time‑management, detail‑orientation, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet performance targets.
