About the role

The Corporate Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating credit proposals and ensuring the soundness of loan decisions for corporate clients. This role requires thorough analysis of financial statements and supporting documentation to assess creditworthiness.

Key responsibilities

• Check all credit information and conduct detailed analysis of financial statements and related data.
• Review credit files to verify completeness, including financial statements, repayment sources, collateral details, market value, valuation methods, and depreciation approaches.
• Assess notes and disbursement documents to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with risk management and asset‑liability teams to align credit decisions with bank risk frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit/loan assessment and trade finance.
• Strong legal sense and solid understanding of banking products, especially loans and trade finance.
• Good knowledge of bank risk management and asset‑liability management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
