About the role

RMIT Vietnam is seeking a Creative Service Lead to drive the quality and consistency of our creative output across Vietnam. This role will lead a multidisciplinary design team, strengthen creative delivery, and help turn ideas into compelling, on‑brand work that supports our engagement priorities. Expected start date: at the earliest available opportunity.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling capability, with the ability to develop concepts from idea to high-quality execution
Demonstrated strong expertise in graphic design across digital, print, campaign, and event collateral
Strong eye for layout, typography, branding, composition, and visual consistency
Proven experience with at least 3 years in a related role
