CSA Leader / Construction Manager for Civil Works

About the role

The CSA Leader / Construction Manager will lead all civil, structural and architectural construction activities for a major project in Hai Phong, Vietnam. You will ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery while meeting quality, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage CSA construction from planning through close‑out, coordinating with client, EPC contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors, monitor site progress, resources, safety and quality, and resolve technical issues.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, RFIs and method statements to ensure compliance with designs, contracts and international standards.
• Track progress against schedules, report deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Support commissioning, punch‑list management and handover, including as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Construction Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in civil/structural/architectural projects and at least 3 years in a senior construction‑management or CSA leadership role.
• Experience on large‑scale industrial, EPC or high‑tech factory projects, preferably with multinational contractors.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
