Customer Quality & Response Engineer – Semiconductor Project

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Quality & Response Engineer to join a new semiconductor project. The role serves as the primary technical liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring that requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the key technical contact point to coordinate and respond to customer requirements and technical issues.
• Participate in regular customer meetings to report performance, project progress, improvement activities, and key issues.
• Coordinate and support customer audits, preparing required documents, data, and corrective‑action plans.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage departmental performance metrics related to customer quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process resolution, industrial engineering, or customer‑facing roles within semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong command of English with the ability to communicate directly with customers.
