Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling quotation requests, onboarding new customers, and processing purchase orders. You will work closely with the sales, accounting, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review quotation requests from customers and forward them to the authorized personnel.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Collect new customer information packages and forward them to the accounting unit.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the Vantage database, including name, address, terms, and shipping details.
• Receive, review, accept, and confirm customer purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order processing and delivery meet customer expectations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient oral and written English communication.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment within a global multinational company.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in using the Vantage database.
