Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting both sales and post‑sale processes. Based at PPG Vietnam’s office in Ho Chi Minh City, the role combines contract administration, order processing and customer care to ensure smooth transactions and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing contracts that comply with approved quality management (QM) standards.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals.
• Verify that all terms and conditions align with the standard sales contract template.
• Enter customer orders, create delivery documents and generate invoices using SAP.
• Receive purchase orders from customers, acknowledge receipt and follow up as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience in customer service, sales support or related fields.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and professional‑level English; Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in an international environment and multitasking.

Required skills

• SAP for order entry, delivery creation and invoicing.
