Deputy Manager (Process Engineering)

About the role

The Deputy Manager (Process Engineering) will support the Process Engineering Manager in enhancing manufacturing processes, resolving technical challenges, and leading the engineering team. This role works closely with cross‑functional departments to meet quality, productivity, and production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engineering projects and deliver technical solutions.
• Design, optimize, and document manufacturing processes, equipment layouts, and traceability systems.
• Improve production yield and troubleshoot process‑related issues.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field.
• At least 3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Proficient English language skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
