Design Engineer (Steel Structure) – Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh

About the role

We are looking for a Design Engineer specialized in steel structures to join our engineering team in Hanoi. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, developing design packages, and supporting project execution for both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh offices.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quote estimates based on PIS and other supporting documents.
• Review and clarify project specifications with supervisors.
• Deliver estimates that meet CIF requirements within scheduled timelines.
• Compile complete design packages, final estimates, and technical material lists (TML).
• Analyze change orders, returned approval drawings, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design compliance and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in structural design or recent graduate with strong English proficiency.
• Proficiency in computer‑aided design tools and related applications.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
