E-commerce Specialist

About the role

The E‑commerce Specialist will drive growth of Every Half’s online sales channels across domestic and international markets. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, the role focuses on managing marketplace operations, product content, promotional campaigns and customer experience on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify and Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and optimise Every Half’s e‑commerce storefronts on local and cross‑border marketplaces.
• Create and maintain accurate product listings, inventory data and pricing information.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions and seasonal events to maximise revenue.
• Monitor commercial performance, analyse sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate with logistics, marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and positive buyer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce operations, preferably with both local and cross‑border exposure.
• Familiarity with major marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify or Amazon.
