EHS Lead – Manager Level

About the role

Molex Vietnam is looking for an experienced EHS Lead to head all Environment, Health & Safety activities at its electronics component manufacturing plant. The role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards while fostering a strong safety culture and sustainable development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws, OSHA standards, RBA, BCP and ISO 14001/ISO 45001 requirements.
• Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments and training programs.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and senior management to integrate safety into daily operations.
• Report EHS performance metrics to corporate leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive EHS experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing or high‑tech industry.
• Strong English communication skills.
