Embedded C/C++ Software Engineer – Telecom Domain

About the role

We are looking for Embedded C/C++ Software Engineers to join our telecom team in Hanoi. The position is open to fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals who want to work on cutting‑edge 4G/5G network protocols for base stations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design and develop LTE/NR (4G/5G) protocol stacks for BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB.
• Implement and optimise protocol layers such as PHY, L3, MAC, RLC and PDCP.
• Develop optimisation algorithms to enhance latency, throughput, scalability and reliability.
• Contribute to advanced wireless features including network slicing and beamforming.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Telecom, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• For fresh graduates: basic knowledge of C programming.
• For experienced candidates: at least 1 year of experience with embedded devices or wireless networks and familiarity with Linux environments.
