About the role

Join Grant Thornton's Advisory Services team in Hanoi as an Experienced Analyst. You will support M&A transactions by conducting thorough financial due diligence, valuation, and modelling work, helping clients make informed strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence reviews for buyer and vendor sides of M&A deals.
• Identify and report financial and operational risks that could affect transaction pricing and structure.
• Prepare business valuation and financial modelling analyses to support deal negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior advisors to deliver clear, actionable findings to clients.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial audit, or corporate accounting.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Holding or pursuing an international qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or MBA.
