Experienced Associate, Software QA Analyst

About the role

PwC is looking for an Experienced Associate to join its Software QA team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will help ensure the quality of innovative digital products by designing, executing, and reporting on both manual and automated tests. This role supports the delivery of high‑impact software solutions that enhance client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a quality assurance plan covering business and functional requirements.
• Estimate testing effort and execute tests within agreed timelines.
• Perform manual and automated testing of web applications and APIs.
• Identify usability and user‑experience issues and suggest improvements.
• Assist developers with troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Conduct post‑implementation testing and coordinate with business analysts.
• Report QA status and system readiness to project stakeholders.
• Continuously develop personal testing skills and knowledge.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving and logical thinking abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Fast learner with a dedication to personal development.
• Working command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
