Expert, Compensation & Benefit

About the role

The Compensation & Benefit Expert will lead the design, implementation, and administration of salary structures, bonuses, and benefits while ensuring full compliance with Vietnamese labor, tax, and social insurance regulations. This position supports efficient human‑resource management and aligns compensation practices with corporate policy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control salary administration, bonus planning, and benefit programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, personal income tax, and social insurance regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing and related reporting activities.
• Participate in the annual compensation planning cycle, including salary and bonus budgeting.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to improve HR efficiency and policy adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a similar HR role.
• Experience with ERP systems; real‑estate sector experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
